Shipping policy

DHL Express Shipping is used as default, however, we may send via a courier which is the most competitive at the time. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a remote area surcharge. 

Handling time: Please allow for a 1-3 day lead time before dispatch. For Custom made or made to order items we will specify lead time by email or by phone.
